Wendy Connelly - Buyer Agent

Licensed since 2003 and joined the Patterson Team in January of 2010. Wendy's accessability to her clients, personalized customer service and attention to detail are what sets her apart from other agents. She is a native Clevelander and has lived with her family in Westlake since 1987. She was strongly involved with her childrens' schools, St. Bernadette, St. Ignatius and Magnificat. Working with Buyers is her favorite part of the job!

Pam Mills - Buyer Agent

Moving to the U.S. in the mid 90's from England was a huge step for Pam and her family. Years of living in England were typical of many families. They bought & sold homes to accommodate their growing family and then had the opportunity to move to the States. It was scary and exciting! Pam has been a Realtor for nine years, so she has a pretty unique perspective of the Real Estate process. She would love to assist you using her knowledge and expertise.

Jeff DeChellis - Buyer Agent

A Cleveland native, Jeff has been involved in both residential and commercial real estate for the past five years. Jeff graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Finance and went on to earn his MBA from Cleveland State University as well as his real estate license while working fulltime as an accountant. Looking for a more challenging and people-oriented industry, Jeff transitioned from property accounting into commercial acquisitions and dispositions. During this time he also expanded his client base selling and listing homes for a network of family and friends. Having recently moved from Cleveland’s eastern suburbs to Rocky River, Jeff joined Pat Patterson’s team looking for continued growth and development in the world of real estate. His background and professional approach to business will provide buyers with a highly productive Real Estate Agent.

Kelly Patterson - Listing Assistant

Kelly is Pat's daughter and has grown up watching her Mother build a successful Real Estate business. She helps coordinate all the details to promote your listing, creates professional flyers, manage photos, and ensure Internet visibility.

Laurie White - Marketing & Technology

Laurie may be new to the Team but not new to working with Pat. Over the years, they have worked together on many community and school projects. Laurie and her family have lived in Rocky River for 25 years. Her responsibilities for the Patterson Team include managing the database, maintaining the website and developing marketing strategies.

Sharon Trnavsky - Team Stager

Staging a home effectively can make a huge difference in this competitive market. Sharon puts her special touches on the team listings to make sure that every home looks the best that it can. Sharon has made a natural progression from hobby to career and has been a resident of Rocky River for 25 years.
